Delivery & Transaction Terms
Incoterms
FOB load port, CIF discharge port, and CFR. Bulk vessel, ISO tank container,
and new steel drum (180 kg) delivery available based on buyer preference and destination.
Payment Instruments
Confirmed irrevocable LC at sight, SBLC, or MT103 wire transfer per agreed
payment schedule. All instruments established prior to loading.
Lead Time
14–28 days from contract execution and LC establishment, subject to
production schedule and vessel availability at load port.
Inspection
Independent SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek inspection at load port.
Full penetration, softening point, and ductility testing per ASTM D946 / IS 73. Buyer's
inspector welcome.
Documents
B/L, Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Origin, Packing List,
SGS Inspection Report, Commercial Invoice, and Insurance Certificate.
